1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and 727pub ("727pub," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 727pub website located at 727pub.org and all related services, games, and features offered therein. By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the 727pub platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 727pub Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 727pub platform. 727pub reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 727pub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction applies to all users regardless of the game type accessed and is non-negotiable under applicable Philippine law.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of 727pub, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 727pub or any other gaming platform where such exclusion was placed in a manner that remains active.

727pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (SSS card, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Passport, or UMID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of any funds pending resolution.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) 727pub account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment instruments, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 727pub account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account.
• Notify 727pub immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised such activity.

727pub recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 727pub will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.

4. Deposits and Payment

All financial transactions on 727pub are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). 727pub supports the following deposit methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and general bank transfer to participating Philippine financial institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. 727pub does not impose a maximum deposit limit at the platform level; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 727pub wallet upon confirmation by the payment provider. 727pub is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 727pub account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment instrument used. 727pub reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that trigger anti-money laundering monitoring thresholds.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Users who have not completed the identity verification process will be unable to process withdrawal requests until verification is successfully completed.

727pub targets the following withdrawal processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes; BPI and BDO bank transfers within 1 to 2 business hours; Metrobank and other bank transfers within 2 to 6 business hours. These are target timeframes and not contractual guarantees. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

727pub does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Any charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside 727pub's control and will be borne by the user.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

727pub may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are intended for a single account holder and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.
• 727pub reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or manipulation of the promotion system.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or outcome, 727pub's decision is final and binding.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the 727pub platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment monitored by independent providers. The outcomes of all games are random, fair, and not manipulated by 727pub or its game providers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 727pub and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to play games or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, false identity claims, or misrepresentation of eligibility.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

727pub is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following player protection tools accessible from your account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits; session time reminders; cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months).

If you choose to self-exclude, 727pub will suspend your account for the requested period and take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account during that period. You must be 21 years of age or older to hold a 727pub account. Any person who is a minor who circumvents this requirement by providing false information accepts full responsibility for doing so, and 727pub accepts no liability for any gaming activity conducted by such a person.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 727pub platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of 727pub or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 727pub content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 727pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. 727pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 727pub account at the time the claim arises.

727pub makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or events outside 727pub's reasonable control.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 727pub's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12. Amendments to These Terms

727pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
